Amanda Johnson aka Curious, is the creator behind The Curious Creatrix and the voice behind Strategic Perspective Consulting; a body of work exploring the intersection of psychology, leadership, neuroscience, spirituality, communication, and human behavior.

Raised in Northern New Jersey by a hardworking Catholic family, Amanda never imagined where life would take her. Following the loss of a loved one and the traumatic end of a significant relationship in 2020, she began a deeply personal search for meaning. That journey led her to immerse herself in psychology, neuroscience, recovery work, spirituality, philosophy, world religions, and the study of consciousness. Along the way, she navigated health challenges, financial hardship, and seasons of rebuilding, experiences that transformed both her perspective and the direction of her life.

Professionally, Amanda's career has been equally transformative. After beginning as a service provider, she was promoted to General Manager at her place of work in just a year and a half, where she now has the privilege of leading the best team she could have ever hoped for. Her leadership was recognized with New Jersey's Manager of the Year award, reinforcing her passion for developing people, building healthy workplace cultures, and creating environments where individuals and organizations can thrive.

Amanda is also intentionally co-creating a deeply connected relationship with her partner, who shares her passion for both music and personal development, an experience that continues to shape her understanding of communication, trust, and conscious partnership. She also deeply values her relationships with family, friends, and community, recognizing each as an essential part of her growth and perspective. She believes the principles she shares are meant to be lived, not simply discussed.

Perhaps fittingly, Amanda shares a birthday with Albert Einstein, whose words have become something of a compass for both her work and her life:

"I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious."

That philosophy is the heartbeat of The Curious Creatrix. What began as one on one coaching has evolved into a multidisciplinary body of work that includes public speaking, workshops, organizational consulting, digital content, interviews, writing, and select advisory work. Rather than offering a single set of answers, Amanda invites people to become more curious about themselves, their relationships, their leadership, and the perspectives that shape their lives.

Above all, Amanda believes that curiosity is where transformation begins. Because when we become curious enough to question our assumptions, we create the possibility to change our entire reality.
